DescriptionRound, earthenware pitcher with an all over resist luster decoration and a blue-tinted glaze. The silver luster forms the background for bands of white revealed at the rim, foot, and handle. The center of the pitcher has Masonic symbols in white on a background of silver luster. Most prominent are the square and compass located under the spout. Other Masonic symbols randomly placed around the body of the pitcher include: a ladder, moon with stars, sun, wheat, ink pot with feather brush, anchor, cross, books, small skull and cross bones, drafting tools, and stonemason's tools, among others. The molded and applied handle is also decorated with silver luster.
There have been some scratches on the body and wear at the handle of the pitcher. There is a chip at the tip of the spout.
