DescriptionMiniature porcelain chamber pot with overglaze pink and red enamel, and gilding. The chamber pot has a flat rim, a narrow neck, a compressed globular body, and a round foot. To one side, a small, applied, ear-shaped handle connects the shoulder and body of the chamber pot. Small, raised, leaf decorations are located at each end of the handle. The exterior sides are painted with pink enamel, with the exception of one round area to the left of the handle. The round area is outlined with red leaves on a vine. There is a vine of red leaves to the left and right, as well. Gilded flowers with red centers are painted inside the round area. Additional lines of gilding have been applied at the edge of the rim, and in a line down the handle.
