DescriptionShallow, oval, white vitrified china dish with an undulating rim and underglaze, printed decoration. The decoration consists of a border at the rim made up of dark green, almost brown, rectangular geometric shapes with fine geometric patterns in blue and tan filling some of the spaces created by the rectangles. The remainder of the decoration is floral, with two pink flowers and green leaves in the center of the dish, surrounded by four clusters of pink flowers and green leaves evenly spaced around the rim, just below the border. All of the floral motifs are outlined in black.

MarkingsThere is one underglaze, printed mark on the bottom of the dish. The mark begins with a figure of an Native American with a feather in his hair sitting cross-legged and turned away from the viewer. He is leaning over a large ceramic jug, and may be in the act of decorating it.
