DescriptionRound, Chinese export porcelain tea bowl with hand-painted overglaze enamels in orange, pink, purple, green, and black. The primary floral decoration on the outside of the tea bowl consists of a large pink flower and two smaller purple flowers, all surrounded by green foliage. There are an additional three purple flowers surrounded by green leaves evenly spaced around the outside sides of the tea bowl. A border at the outside of the rim consists of a line of orange enamel arrows with small gilded dots between each arrow, now mostly worn away. The decoration on the inside of the tea bowl consists of two lines of orange enamel with a dotted orange line between. Below this is an undulating line of purple dots, and four evenly spaced pink flowers with green leaves below this. There is one final pink flower with green leaves painted on the inside bottom of the tea bowl.

The enamel has worn off many small areas of the floral arrangements, while the gilding has almost completely worn off the border. There are many small chips on the inside and outside of the rim.
