The raised decoration consists of scrolled leaves on either side of a fleur de lis. A single flower is painted in the center of the plate, with light and dark green petals around a purple center. Similar flowers are painted around the rim, alternating between a single flower on a stem and a single large flower surrounded by smaller flowers and leaves on a stem. There are light scratches on the surface of the plate, and a few very small chips have come off of the thickest portions of the enamel.
