DescriptionRound, Chinese export porcelain bowl with hand-painted underglaze cobalt blue decoration. The interior of the bowl is left white, with the exception of two thin lines of blue at the rim. The exterior of the bowl is decorated with two dragons in profile. They are surrounded by wisps of smoke and thick curved lines. Imperfections in the porcelain appear as black dots on the surface of the bowl. There is a small chip at the rim of the bowl.
