DescriptionNavy blue cotton jersey knit T-shirt commemorating the 2004 national championship of the University of Connecticut's women's basketball team.

The T-shirt has a ribbed crew neck and short sleeves and has white, red, and grey printing on the front reading "University of/ Connecticut/ 2004/ NCAA Division I Women's Basketball/ National Champions/ UConn/ Huskies/ Basketball/ New Orleans/ April 6, 2004." An orange basketball is depicted behind the printing. To the proper right of the main image is a yellow and purple NCAA Final Four logo featuring a yellow trumpet and the words "NCAA/ Women's/ 2004/ Final Four/ New Orleans." To the proper left of the main image is the white husky UConn logo. The back of the shirt is plain navy.

MarkingsBlack ribbon tag with beige woven writing is sewn into the inside center back. The front reads "G Gear/ for sports/ Big Cotton/ Made in Honduras M." The back reads "100% Cotton" followed by washing instructions, then "RN 49314."

Stiff black paper tag with beige writing is attached to first tag and has a large "g" followed beneath by "Big Cotton/ Manufactured by/ Gear for Sports/ [cotton logo]/ Cotton/ Natural Blend." The back of the tag says "Medium/ www.gearforsports.com" and has the price sticker applied by the UConn Co-op featuring the size, a barcode, and the price of $18.99.

Holographic silver adhesive label applied to the proper left shoulder reads "Officially licensed/ Product of the/ NCAA/ N14027632."
