DescriptionWhite cotton jersey knit T-shirt with ribbed crew neck and short sleeves. The shirt commemorates the University of Connecticut men's 2004 national basketball championship.
The front is printed with navy blue and has a small Nike logo above the words "2004 NCAA/ National/ Champions/ Remember the Alamo/ UCONN Connecticut Huskies." Near the proper left side is a small NCAA Final Four logo printed in orange and purple; it features a basketball, a portion of the Alamo in yellow, and the words "NCAA Final Four San Antonio 2004." The back of the T-shirt is plain white.

Stiff white paper label printed with black ink, also at center back inside. It is the original sales tag from the UConn Co-op and reads "Size/Med and Price/$19.99" at the bottom.
Adhesive label placed on the front left shoulder. It is red and navy. On the left side is printed the Nike logo on top of the word "TEAM." Under that is written "Engineered to the/ exact specifications of/ championship athletics." The right side says "Official/Locker/Room". "Official locker room supplier" is at the very bottom.
