DescriptionA man in blackface stands smoking a cigar. He wears a tattered suit and vest and a white shirt with a black necktie. A battered hat is on his head. His toes are protruding from his oversized shoes. His right hand is outstretched. In his left hand he holds a thick rope attached to a tiny dog. Smoke issues from the corner of his mouth.
