His toes are protruding from his oversized shoes. His right hand is outstretched. In his left hand he holds a thick rope attached to a tiny dog. Smoke issues from the corner of his mouth. A smoke ring from his cigar is at the upper right. Lines in the background may indicate a theatrical curtain.
