DescriptionHalf-length portrait of a young woman. She appears to be seated and is wearing a dress made of tulle or some other diaphanous material. A shawl made of similar material is fastened in front with a bow. Flowers are tucked in a broad ribbon band in her hair. With her left hand, she holds a rose with its leaves and a bud to the side of her face. A bracelet of beads or pearls with a metal clasp is on her left wrist.
