DescriptionA cartoon depicts two men standing in a dressing room. The man on the left wears a shirt with a pleated front and striped trousers. He has a mustache and holds a cigar or cigarette in his right hand. His right elbow rests on a piece of furniture behind him. A bottle with a stopper and a mirror are nearby. A balloon over his head reads: "WHY DONT YOU / WEAR THE 'CHARTER / OAK CITY' SHIRTS / MADE BY / CASE & RATHBUN, / HARTFORD." The man on the right has put his right hand through the seam of an ill-fitting shirt while attempting to put it on. He appears disheveled and angry. He wears checked trousers and his suspenders hang down beneath the shirt. A balloon over his head reads: "I SHALL AFTER THIS." A Windsor chair and a dresser with a mirror are in the background.
