DescriptionOval shaped ninth plate daguerreotype of Thomas K. Brace, taken around 1850. Brace is probably in his 30s. He is wearing a dark jacket with some sheen to it, a dotted vest, and striped trousers. His shirt is white, as is his upturned collar. He is wearing a large bowtie, a handkerchief or pocket square in his breast pocket, a ring on his right pinky, and a watch chain on his vest.
