DescriptionAn elderly man wearing a coat, vest, shirt, necktie, and pants is slumped in an armchair. His left arm hangs over the arm of the chair. He is supported from behind by a second man. A third man leans over him and holds his right wrist. A large crowd of additional men surrounds them. One man, standing beside a column, looks over the heads of the others. Another column is at the far left. Fringed drapery is in the background.
