Context note: Cataloging worksheet also states that the place of origin is probably Plattsburgh Banks, NY. There was a military training camp in Plattsburg, New York in the 1910s. In 1917 a special officer training camp was held there.
According to the cataloging worksheet, the men pictured are possibly members of Company 11.
