DescriptionHalf-length portrait of a woman wearing a low-cut dress with balloon sleeves with floral buttons or brooches at the shoulders. A wide floral cloth belt with a large buckle is at her waist. The bodice of the dress consists of two pieces that cross in front. Another garment, probably a chemise trimmed with lace, is visible at the neckline. On her head, the woman wears a hat or bonnet trimmed with lace, ribbons, and flowers, including roses.
