DescriptionWoman's cap of double-layered black tulle, sprinkled with irridescent glitter dots glued on. Ties are of black grosgrain. The ribbon is folded lengthwise and stitched to the tulle to form the bottom of the cap between the ties. Decorative machine-stitching around the face of the cap, with an extra fold, creates a double ruffle at front.
