(a) The Creighton brand uniform shirt is white polyester with short sleeves, two breast pockets with button flaps, and an open collar forming a V-neck, it features six plastic button closure at the center front. There are no exterior patches or insignia.

(b) The white polyester dress pants are Flying Cross brand size 44R with fore and aft creases, belt loops, zippered fly front closure, and four total pockets: two side and two back pockets.

(c) The belt is constructed from white cotton with a brass belt clip and brass belt tip.
