(.119) The insignia of the Society of American Wars. The front of the medal has gold, green, white, and red enamel. The medal is suspended from a red ribbon with blue edges. The reverse side is marked "799/ R. W. W."

(.120) Insiginia for The Society of Federal Health Professionals. Insignia is gold with red enamel in the form of a Greek cross with a white shield and the American flag in the center. Suspended from a red and white ribbon. The reverse is marked "190."

(.121) Gold insignia for the General Society War of 1812. The insignia is red, white, and blue enamel carrying the date 1812, in the form of a maltese cross upon an anchor, suspended from a blue silk ribbon. The edges of the ribbon are red, black, and white. The reverse side is marked "Reynold/ Webb/ Wilcox/ M. D."
