DescriptionWoman's black velvet boots to wear over shoes. The boots open down the center front and tie with black grosgrain ribbons; the opening is backed by a matching tongue. This opening and the top of the boots are edged with black fur. The boots are lined with machine-quilted white cotton sateen. The interior heel area of the boot is indented to accomodate a heeled shoe. The leather sole has subtle shaping to follow the interior contours; they are shaped for the right and left foot.
