DescriptionWoman's pelerine, or cape collar, of sheer, white muslin, finely embroidered in white cotton. The pelerine has an embroidered turn-down collar around the neckline. The shape of the collar is wide across the shoulders and straight across the bottom. All edges are scalloped. The embroidery pattern is of stylized flowers and frond-like designs.
