DescriptionThree-quarter-length portrait of two young women. They stand side by side outdoors. The woman on the right wears a dress with small flowers running in lines down the front and along the edge of the sleeves. Her collar has eyelet trim, and she has a bow or handkerchief with eyelet trim in her hair. Her hands are folded around her sister's left arm. The woman on the left wears a dress with flounces, and two bracelets. She holds a rose in her right hand and has roses at her breast and in her hair. A flower growing on the base of a column is in the left background. Trees are in the center and right background.
