DescriptionView of a small, rocky island in a lake surrounded by mountains. A small building that resembles a shed or an outhouse and evergreen trees are on the island, which is reflected in the water. Three men in a rowboat are in the left foreground. A building with a cupola, possibly a house, and a large hotel with grassy lawns are on the far shore of the lake. Two additional islands or promontories are on the right.
