DescriptionA young woman stands beside a bed in which her two young children lie asleep. The children are propped up on a large pillow and are covered with a quilt or blanket with a diamond pattern. The bed is framed by heavy curtains trimmed with fringe and tied back with cord. A night stand or chest is in the left foreground.
