DescriptionStudio black and white portrait of a couple, reportedly Italian. The woman is dressed in white with a dramatically perched white hat, her right hand on her hip, her left arm linked through her husband's arm. He is wearing a three piece suite sporting a watch chain and fob and a breast pocket handkerchief. They both have dark hair, his is parted in the middle, and he sports a handlebar mustache. Came from the collection of Gennaro Capobianco who was interested in documenting Connecticut's Italian heritage. It is possible the couple belonged to the Capobianco family.
