DescriptionA stone gothic church and other buildings line a city street. The church has buttresses, pointed arches, and a star of David in the rose window in the facade. Ivy covers a brick building at the left. A large Greek revival house with a two-story portico with monumental columns is at the far left. Men, women, boys, and girls are on the paved sidewalk. There appears to be a group of small school children at the left. Some may be wearing school uniforms. A bicycle and a metal trashcan are near the curb. Trees, including some leafless trees, line the street.
