DescriptionThe remains of two, or possibly three automobiles are visible beneath a fallen tree. Three men stand looking on. A fourth man kneels by the rear bumper of the coupe in the center. Telephone poles and wires run alongside. Flood waters appear in the lower left corner. Inscribed on back: "Sept. 21 / 38 / Bloomfield Avenue near Albany [Avenue]."
