DescriptionHartford streets are inundated with flood waters. Locations include Bushnell Park and the Connecticut State Capitol, Asylum Street, Asylum Avenue, and Farmington Avenue. Two views were taken from the roof of the Hartford National Bank looking towards the flooded Connecticut River. The cupola of the Old State House is visible in one photograph.
