DescriptionWoman's petticoat, cut in a circle for a broad flare. The fabric is a coarsely woven cotton, very stiffly starched. The bottom edge is raw. The waistband is 3/4 inch wide and is made of ecru rayon. It fastens with a single hook and eye.
