DescriptionWoman's petticoat of ecru silk crepe, set smoothly into a narrow bias cotton binding for a waistband. The petticoat has a 21 1/2-inch-deep flounce of machine-stitched net lace. The petticoat is fastened at the center back, with a 4 1/2-inch overlap that hooks at each side.
