DescriptionView across the Farmington River of a group of large industrial buildings with two tall smokestacks. The buildings of the Union Nut Company are at the right, on both sides of the cut stone entrance to a small canal. Delaney & Munson Manufacturing Co., a paper manufacturer, is in the right background. Both companies are located on Mill Street, which is behind them. The hill faintly visible in the background is Taine Mountain.
