DescriptionMolded rubber shoes with a slit vamp; to either side of the slit are punched two pairs of eyelets for a tie. The toe is square and the sole is flat. The shoe is lined with a heavily napped, twilled, brown cotton, which is seamed down the middle. The rubber is embossed with lines to imitate seaming. The sole is not separate; it is molded one with the upper. The backs of the shoes are punched with holes, threaded with the remnants of brown string.
