DescriptionWoman's white cotton nightgown, which opens the length of the center front and fastens with nine small mother of pearl buttons. The high, round neckline is finished with a band of eyelet embroidery. The shoulderline is dropped; the shoulder seam is piped. The full sleeves are gathered into the armscye, which is also piped, and into the wrist cuff, which is a band of embroidery like that at the neck. The cuffs each close with a single hook and eye. The hem is 1 7/8-inches-deep.
