DescriptionItalian, Secretary of Correspondence cloth sash. Outer portion has three horizontal lines, red, off-white, and faded green. On front side, printed across in gold, "SEGRETARIO DI CORRISPONDENZA". Inner portion of sash is black cloth, on one side printed across in silver, "SEGRETARIO DI CORRISPONDENZA". Bottom of sash is connected by a metallic star, and each end has metallic fringe.
