DescriptionItalian, Secretary of Finance cloth sash. Outer portion has three horizontal lines, red, off-white and faded green. On front side, printed across in gold, "SEGRETARIO DI FINANZA". Inner portion of sash is black cloth, on one side printed across in silver, "SEGRETARIO DI FINANZA". Bottom of sash is connected by a metallic star and each end has metallic fringe.
