"Modern New England Show Window" "Use Stairway" "Outbound / Baggage / Checked for Trains" "Telephones Telegraph / Hotel Commodore." Large lunette windows and electric lights are overhead.

At first a traditional agricultural fair, the event later included large fiberglass sculptures, stock car racing, and amusement park rides.
