Side 1 reads, "The New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Company/ This Baggage is the Property of/ Name______/ (Permanent Address)/ Street______/ City_____ State______" (.24), Side 2 reads, "Please place a tag on or inside each piece of baggage with your name and permanent address,/ whether if it's checked or carried with you on train."
"Should your baggage go astray this tag will/ facilitate its return."

The second luggage tag (.25) is only printed on one side. It reads, "Parcel Room/ Series G (space) 75201".
