DescriptionDrawings include plans for plot, cellar, first floor, second floor, attic, and roof, heating and elevations of front (south), side (west), rear (north), south (east), garage. Also, first floor, garage section and perspective of front elevation. Plans include Gilman Street, cinder driveway, garage, house, heater, sink waste, living room, kitchen, porch, bedroom, bathroom. Elevations show two-story, three-bay building with side gable roof. There are eight over eight double hung sash windows with shutters and portico entrance with sidelights. The alternate elevation shows a three-bay, 1-1/2-story building with a side gable roof and two dormers. There are also twelve over twelve double hung sash windows and a garage. Scale for drawings is 1/4" = 1' 0".
