DescriptionPlans for a three story Colonial Revival house featuring a gable roof with overhanging eaves, cross gable on the north elevation and clipped gable dormers on the third floor south elevation. A notable feature of the house is the large front veranda, which features a hipped roof supported by doric columns, a raised panel front door flanked by engaged fluted doric columns, and sidelights with tracery details. Plans for a detached garage are also included, which features a gable roof and double-hung sash windows.

Windows on the house are primarily louvered double-hung sash windows in either the eight-over-eight, six-over-six, or four-over-four configurations. Large tripart windows are featured on the south and west elevations, whereas grouped casement windows are featured on the south and east elevations.

A total of ten drawings are included in the set; south, north, east, and west elevations, as well as cellar, first floor, second floor, and third floor and roof plans. Also included are two drawings detailing the front elevation, section, side elevation, and the first floor / foundation plan of the garage. The cellar plan includes a laundry room, closet, toilet, cold room, stove, heater, heater coal bin, and range coal bin. The first floor plan includes a rear porch, pantry, kitchen, butler's pantry, side porch, dining room, veranda, entry hall, living room, den, and lavatory. The second floor plan includes four chambers (bedrooms), two bathrooms, a sleeping porch, hall, and linen closet. The third floor plan includes three chambers, unfinished space, bath room, and hall. The first floor plan for the garage includes a pitched floor toward drain, and a workbench with case.
