DescriptionDrawings include plan for plot and elevation of front. Plans include north line, south line, property line, present sidewalk, veranda line, building line, horse and compass. Elevation shows two bay, 1 1/2 story house with front porch. It features a side gable roof with dormers, a garage and chimney. The windows are eight over eight double hung sash. Scale for drawings is 1/4" = 1'0".

Numerous inscriptions identify parts of buildings, locations, etc.NotesHistorical Note: The house that St. Augustine Church raffled off was located on Campfield Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut. The house was raffled to benefit the parish, with services to build the house donated by parishioners.
