DescriptionDrawings include plan for plot and elevation of front. Plans include north line, south line, property line, present sidewalk, veranda line, building line, horse and compass. Elevation shows two bay, 1 1/2 story house with front porch. It features a side gable roof with dormers, a garage and chimney. The windows are eight over eight double hung sash. Scale for drawings is 1/4" = 1'0".
