DescriptionCast pewter lid in the shape of a low, round dome. An incised line circles the top and underside of the lid. The lid has slight dents, especially at the rim.

MarkingsThe top of the lid has a round mark consisting of an eagle with outstretched wings over an oval containing the initials "TD"; the eagle and initials are surrounded by a round border of stars.InscribedThe top of the lid also has the engraved inscription, "Cooking/ SODA/ Soda".
