DescriptionHalf length studio portrait of Emily Grace Cheney as a young woman. She is looking directly at the camera. Emily is wearing a dress with a wide, square neckline and short puffed sleeves. The sleeves and bodice are covered with cascading layers of lace and there is a ruffle of fabric along the neckline. There is a ribbon and bow at her waist. Emily's hair is pulled back into an updo and there are many small hairs sticking out around her head.
