DescriptionIndustrial masonry factory buildings at Flower Street Bridge and Park River. Building sign on right says "The Pratt & Whitney Co., Tools & Fixtures For Firearms, Sewing Machines & c. Taps, Dies, Bolt Cutters, Forging Machinery, Thread Size Gauges" and smaller buildings on right have smokestacks. On left is a Three-story brick building on left with entry porch may be apartments. Bridge with masonry rail and stone block retaining wall is near bushes, trees and sheds. Steam appears to be coming from building in background. At the right is a lamppost and a horse-drawn wagon.
