DescriptionSoft leather slippers, tinted blue, with flat soles, oval toe and round throatline. A strip of pleated, very pale blue ribbon crosses the top of the vamp along the throatline. The slippers are lined with plain-woven cotton. The back seam is covered on the inside with a strip of soft, pink leather. The uppers are bound with pale blue silk ribbon. They once had thin blue silk ties to lace around the ankle, but these are now torn off at the base. The slippers are straight.
