BiographyHart J. Rodgers was born in 1831. During the 1850s, he was active as a daguerreotypist in New Haven, Connecticut. Later, from about 1871, he had a photography studio in Hartford. During the 1880s he was also the proprietor of a skating rink. He died in 1905.
