BiographyKenneth James Winschel was born on December 28, 1931 to William Frederick Winschel and Regina Reese Winschel in Deep River, Connecticut. On September 26, 1951, Kenneth J. Winschel was accepted into the United States Marine Corps. During the Korean War he served in the signal unit of the 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marines Division. After the war, he spent his career as a printer with UARCO in Deep River. In 1957, he married Eileen Barry, and they had five children. He died on December 16, 2022.
