DescriptionBlue ribbon with pinked ends. Upper part of ribbon has circle with inscription that reads: "1908 / CELEBRATING BULKELEY BRIDGE / 2008". Center of this circle has image of sun setting over the bridge. Below this circle, inscription reads "100th ANNIVERSARY / ~ / HARTFORD AND EAST HARTFORD CONNECTICUT".
