DescriptionA souvenir medallion from the Hartford Bridge Dedication in 1908. The medallion is suspended from a chain. The front of the medallion has a black and white image of the bridge surrounded by a red, white, and blue ribbon border. The reverse side of the medallion has a black and white image of the old wooden bridge, which was replaced by the Hartford Bridge. The image is also surrounded by a red, white, and blue ribbon border.

NotesHistorical Note: The Bulkeley Bridge, formerly known as the Hartford Bridge crosses the Connecticut River at Hartford and East Hartford, Connecticut. It was dedicated in October 1908, and the dedication celebration ran from Monday, October 6, to Wednesday, October 8, 1908.
