Description(m) Fashion drawing attributed to Gertrude Conklin. Pencil and watercolor drawing of a woman wearing a three piece set of a yellow bouse with black shorts and skirt. The woman has Caucasian skin-tone, blonde hair, and is wearing makeup. She is drawn standing with her arms behind her back. A small sketch of two palm trees occupies the background in the upper left quadrant.
A description of the design is handwritten on (n) card affixed to the verso of (m). The outfit set features a yellow linen short sleeve shirt with detailing along the sleeves and across the bodice tucked into black shorts that end at the mid-thigh. There is an unpainted sketch of the skirt component to the right of the painted fashion drawing, the skirt is long with buttons up the center-front.
