DescriptionWoman's hat of hard felt with a plush surface, navy blue in color. The hat consists of a domed crown, molded with a sloped crease around its perimeter. There is a dark blue grosgrain ribbon bow attached to the proper right side at the edge. A grosgrain ribbon bow edges the inside. The inside of the hat is stamped in white with a union label.
